Health Advice for Undocumented Migrants

PSR offers service guidance for undocumented migrants and those who come into contact with them. You can contact us for guidance on health-related matters and on accessing social and health services. Calls and messages are answered by the programme’s advisors, both of whom are registered nurses.

Please do not send us your personal information (e.g., a temporary ID number). We speak Finnish and English. We can respond to messages in other languages. We will respond to the messages as soon as possible. In urgent situations, call the Medical Helpline at 116117 (“Päivystysapu”). In an emergency, always call the emergency number 112.

Advice service is a part of the state funded health promotion project for undocumented migrants (PapeTe programme).
